After a three-year stint at Four Square, you joined Andreessen Horowitz in 2012 as an entrepreneur in residence. You were tasked with brainstorming big ideas for a future business. How did you eventually settle on the idea of shaving products for people of color? Yeah. I was there for the jig, which, yeah, six to nine months to figure out the company you want to start, right? It's crazy. I got paid to do that. And it's like absurd. That is a missing link that a lot of folks don't understand.
