If you're only made measuring progress based off your performance and workouts, you can have good day's, bad days based on weather. Can be hard to tell whether or not y accruing fatigue. Building the habit of just checking in with yourself at least once a day on a consistent basis gives you an early warning system of fatigue. They want to know, is it like a mackerel type of fatigue, or is it micro fatigue? Is it all your workouts, for example? Or is it just one particular work outlic do you really, just really get fatigued from the swim?"
