I would rather read my comf to understand people that hate there is also a quality to disagreement that we should strive for and I think a university is a place where when disagreement and even hate is allowed it's done in a high effort way. affirmative action has become the way that universities decide on who gets admitted because historically people in what's called marginalized groups blacks gays Hispanics have been discriminated against in the admissions process. Instead of affirmative action instead of affirmative action, hire teachers who are fabulous teachers rather than necessarily members of the union and oppose public workers unions i am a very strong supporter of unions in the private sector why do you think there's such a difference between unions in the public sector
