The Importance of Authenticity in Your Work
There's a trend or like an undercurrent in your work and your efforts that is, you want it to feel a little more informal and like authentic. But the reason I didn't turn it all the way is because I've been around long enough to witness how these things play out. And one of the tragic things that happens is that people with good intentions kind of like a very vocal about what great outcomes they want to achieve. The problem with that is that it attracts the kind of person who are not quite the right people who you want working on these problems.
