Twitter said that musk wilfully breached his obligation to make his best efforts to close the deal. Is that the standard is he best efforts? Well, ther be. You've got to demonstrate that you have tried. And if there's evidence that you were either not trying or trying to sabotage the deal, that's going to violate your efforts.
