Jess: I agree with you on we have to spend some money to make money and a couple areas you already mentioned were, you know, sales or some of these things that really do allow us to amplify who we're reaching. We need to surround ourselves with industry leaders and colleagues so that we can see what's workingWhat's not workingWe can identify trends before they're even really happening. And then that affords us the ability to make changes quickly when we need to. Jess: So many of my students are working in a silo without the support of a community or even coaching. When that's the case they lack perspective of how their business fits into the larger scope of the industry
