How to Tell if a Company Is a Fraud

The reason for some of these companies like JEC being so ridiculously cheap is actually the same reason why they should have very healthy valuations, which is that the management is non-promotional. So when you find something that's just being run very quietly, it doesn't have a lot of press releases and isn't giving any investor presentation, you kind of have a sense that it's not a fraud because it doesn't work. In the case of JEC, it was actually not so hard to do that research because they're a part owner in almost all of their assets.
