The Role of IPS in the CAPFs
The issue seems to be that a lot of high level positions are headed by officers from the Indian Police Service, which you're being part of. Do you think this affects the morale and command structure of these forces? Or do you think the IPS officers are able to bring in varied expertise and experience from having served across different agencies and actually help in bettering our CAPFs? So, what's your take on this issue?
