Podcasting - The Hard Part Is Coming Up With Novel Ideas

The hard part for me is coming up with novel ideas. I actually encouraged people in the early days of the pie castlick, listen, not every episode is going to make your career better. If it's valuable to somebody, they're gong to listen to it. This podcast is intentionally designed to not give you the anxiety of not being caught up. Of course i would rather you not check every box of this podcast to feel like you've gotten valuet things that are interesting to you. But so many times i would get fee back on those episodes. And some of that is because the ideas that i have, i'm seeing through my own lens.
