The Role of the Bishop in the Church

There should be a place in the church that invites us to the recollection and silent prayer that extend and internalize the great prayer of the Eucharist, says Father Mike. The tabernacle should probably be incredibly preeminent and in a primary place of vision, like we should be able to see it in a place of adoration. There should be a baptistry, like a place for baptism. And there should be a space for confession where it's adequate for people to go to confession. Next week: liturgical diversity and unity in the mystery.
