Austin's Progress in Cleaning Up the Homeless Population
The city passed an ordinance that said homeless people can basically camp anywhere as long as they don't obstruct traffic, but you can't camp out on the front steps of City Hall. Austin then passed another ordinance and they have cleaned up the homeless population there quite a bit. Phoenix is going to build a four acre campground for the homeless here. I don't know what it's going to look like when it's... 10th City. It's going to be a big tent city over four acres.
