CNN's John Defterios has been following the development of Starship rocket. He saw it take off for the first time in December 2020 over Brownsville, Texas. The general public could be about five to five miles away and still see it fall. "There is a kind of magical aspect to the place where we'll start as a human species reaching out there," he says.
