The Train and the Orrin Express
Reign of Terror is a fantastic book and like totally worth playing. But no, you could skip it if you wanted to. There's all sorts of people who are on the train. You're going to meet lots of interesting characters. A lot of them are going to have their own stories that are tangential to the larger plot. At times feel claustrophobic because you're probably on the train with the cultists.
