High Intensity Interval Training

High intensity interval training is now a bit of a thing. I tried the running version where you run at moderate pace and then after some like hundred meters or something, then for a hundred meters you run as fast as you possibly can. There's quite a lot of research behind it showing that it's a really good way of getting fitter with a smaller amount of time input. But he also talks about modulating between physical and mental learning in martial arts.
