Coinage - Proof of Work on Gold
Aso coinage was kind of the original certification technology for money. Gold has this proof of work to it, that w secures its supply from a artificial inflation. But what i had never thought about a proof of work in the sense that it cost you effort and energy to go and mine it in the world. It sounds like there's an even deeper proof of work behind gold, and that maybe it was manufactured in the heart of ancient stars. We can now transact much more quickly and seamlessly. So we can increase trade, increase wealth, obviously.
