We'll be talking about Tessa a little bit because they had their InvestIDay presentation that was live streamed for us this morning. We've got Australian inflation data for the month of January and related to that. We also got some updates on changes in rent, some of the massive rent increases that are unfortunately being pushed through across Australia. We have the Berkshire shareholder letter, an annual report that came out last week. And we've got a bunch of other stories as well. It's a jam-packed week as it always is. But we'll do our best to get through everything in a timely matter today.
