How to Apply for a Job Successfully
You never want to come across as arrogant in an interview, right? Nobody wants to work with someone who thinks they have it all figured out. If you feel overly confident, that's probably a good sign that that self-awareness is not really there. The other side of that coin is when you feel not confident at all. You don't have the right skills. Maybe you're struggling. Or maybe you're intimidated by the call. But success in an interview is coming out on the other side knowing whether or not it's the right job for you and it's a two-way street.
