Is There a Better Way to Spend Our Money?
Friss: Is there a more efficient way to divert money, right? We're spending lots of money in all these different places. Could we be doing this a little bit better? And i think that's a narrow question. So first will you have to start the more sophisticated positive motol than the one you've articulated even to start, because you have to assert that as a positive matter of the description of the world, the binding constraint on spending more effectively his knowledge about causal relationships. I thin i don't agree with that.
