Correlation between Mobilizations and Public Opinion

This chapter explores the correlation between large mobilizations and public opinion on certain issues, using civil rights protests in the US and the Extinction Rebellion protest in the UK as examples. It highlights how these movements were able to raise the importance of their respective issues in the eyes of the public, despite being initially unpopular.
