What Is the Black Wall?

The black wall is a concept that we're borrowing from cyberpunk. Where there's this section of the internet that's been fired. Firewalled off and there's rogue ais that live here. And if they were to be released into their actual internet, it would be the spell destruction of the world. We want to allow these bots to start being influenced by each other like I listened to a musician who inspired me in some way.
