Is It a Political Loser?

CNN's John Sutter says the bill is a political loser, to the maximum. He says big tech companies like Amazon and Google are freaked out by it. But he argues that with republican turncoats such as o'connell on their side, they can't be stopped. The time for change in Washington has never been more opportune, Sutter writes.
