Sally Kohn: I have a bad temper, and it is absolutely an impulse control problem. She says there are two classes of strategies that you could use on any self control problem - including regulating your emotions. Kohn: In my own personal life, I really am trying to do situational things such as taking days off from work or not going to all the holiday parties.
