Aidan: I was worried that training on the replica wasn't going to be enough. So my sort of standard training in like just a normal training period would be go warm up hour and a half on the campus board, use it as like the warm up and then progress to some hard exercises. Then ideally if my skin's still good, do like one to two hours of campus, like power endurance boulders. And then climb two days on. The second day I went to the same session by trying to just go and like move climb on some hard boulders but not necessarily board problems.
