Is There a 100 % Perfect Replicability Rate in Science?

Scientist: We don't really know what the right replicability rate should be, but we do make a case in the paper that it shouldn't be a hundred %. The reason is that what we're studying is hard and we're going to get things wrong a lot. It's not that we can say because we'll have some things that fail, we should therefore be sloppy. No, of course not. We should always be striving for applicable findings.
