Heartstone by Thomas Winterberg
Heartstone has a strong narrative, but it is also very much about studying these young people and their relationships. It doesn't have a story line in the same way as another round has, and it doesn't have that kind of sense of the absurd. But also the sort of pathos of the thing combined, it's very interesting fil mone h. I think thomas was looking to sort of go back to a bit more rock roll approach. He wanted something a little bit different than what he's been working with on some of his previous films.
