Steps are an easy way to measure a person's overall health. It also, again, sets the table for micro adjustments. If i see some weight lost, which i don't want, but let's say i see that, then i'll know, okay, you you're probably a few hundred calories above what this number is that we're tracking. So it's not a big ask to get my client to start moving in the right direction.
