Case 199: Truro
Casefile True Crime
James Miller's Trial Commenced on February 12, 1980
James miller's trial commenced on February twelfth, 19 80. It was three years to the day since the last victim, deborah lamb, was last seen. He staunchly maintained that he had no part in any of the killings and was just the chauffeur and the mug as 19 79 drew to an end. The prosecutions set out to prove that the murders were an equally joint enterprise between chris warrell and james miller. Their case relied heavily on miller's confessions to both police and warrelza's girl friend, amelia who was a reluctant witness.
