Bifercation in Worms
A team of international researchers conducted a wide sweeping review of the existing knowledge about monster worms. They dove into 275 years worth of research, combing through scientists observational journals and reading historical texts. What they learned is that bifercation in worms has been observed in over 60 species of worms across the analyd family tree. In some species, up to 20 per cent of juveniles ended up with some form of bifurcation.
