They came from baltimoreto new orleans on a boat. Bute de boys said they were 26 black millionaires in louis Louisiana before the civil war. A lot of the slaves that came made money and earned their freedom doing that iron work that you see in the french quarter. Most of that was done by african slaves. All that was built by agregat slaves who earned their freedom very quickly with their skills.
