C d c's emergency operation center is normally packed during disease outbreaks. Doctor bolenski says they can now better use data to gain insight into things like the effectiveness of vaccinations. At the beginning of the pendemic, fewer than 200 hospitals, clinics and doctors offices could provide automated information on diagnoses, outcomes and immunisations.
