I'm curious with the people on your team who haven't come from a consulting background. How do you get them into the realities and get them to be able to have those really deeper relationships? We're rolling out commercial training at the moment to help people understand both our partners business models, our business model, the sensitivities. I think using the right metrics makes a big difference as well. It's two nations or two parts of the business separated by a common language sometimes.
