What Are My Favorite Meals?
i never thought i'd love apera as much as i know it's a very italian thing, summer thing. Veca de roma was one of the best restaurants i've been to in a long time - even prependemic. I haven't been to a restaurant where all the seasoning, particularly the salt, was perfect. The texture on every dish was perfect. People always compare atin food to japanese food in terms of its simplicity and they're not wrong. But this meal tasted very japanese to me. And fact that it was so naked andth its ingredients, while clearly making italian food and tasting italian food, the aesthetics felt japan
