The Importance of OKRs in Product Strategy
I do think there's a time and a place for taking organization wide OKRs, right? Objectives and key results that are set at the very high level. And then figuring out how to translate them down into quantitative measures. When you can see the land and then you can start to triangulate, I think that makes a ton of sense. But we have to rely on a little bit of opinionated decision making and taste and gut feel.
