The Wagner Group's Unsuccessfully Asked China for Supplies of Weapons
Bloomberg report says that under proposed tightening of sanctions, they have to agree on what should be exempted. This would probably include medicine and food but also cars, beer, chocolate,. Shoes, flowers, makeup would all be barred innately unless exempted. China had to respond to this by saying no country has the right to interfere in its relationship with Russia. Britain has sanctioned a Russian judge and four others linked to the arrest of British-Russian Kremlin critic Vladimir Karamuzah. The Wagner Group unsuccessfully asked China for supplies of weapons earlier this year according to leaked intelligence seen by Financial Times.
