The Importance of Compensation on Time Off

I feel like most of people have a pretty good time off during their maternity leave. And especially nowadays, if you're a boss and I'm on my maternity leave, I just push the child out of my body. It's just post pwn time off until you retire so that you can have a better retirement. So is work something that we really want to do? Is it really part of our life? Is it part of the human experience? We want to work.
