Organizing a Meeting - What Are the Criteria?

If i'm organizing a meeting, one of the main reasons that people organize a meeting is to asuc yo make a decision. So maybe i crowd source that, and i ask people ahead of time, like, what are the criteria you think it's important? What are the different options? Collect that from everybody, and then in the meeting, essentially working through some process of breaking or filtering down those options. For sure that weghted rank is one of the consensus models that we teach and our facilitation training and highly effective. And these tools just help get the thoughts going right, cause it gives people something to respond to.
