The Separation From Thoughts and Awareness
I realized everything is a thought in this experience of the moment. Noticing I have a sensation noticing it is a thought. Self monitoring what's happening in this moment. When you can stop for a moment and go, Oh, I just had an internal narrative that was like wondering about what I'm going to have for breakfast. Wow. That level of becoming aware of thought is like mindfulness right the sort of mindfulness practice and so on. What what happened for me here was I realized that not only are those things thoughts.
