Sally was performing at the highest level. She had graduated extraordinary schools and just a brilliant, brilliant performer. But she ended up with cancer and had to pull away from her job and go through treatment. So because she just innately was driven to do it, she started playing the role of mentor and adviser. It turns out her primary sparketype is, in fact, the adviser. And overtime, what started as one particular job, because she just started saying yes to doing more of the work of e sparcotype,. Because she saw the need for it, she saw there were opportunities to do it. We may not be entirely ready to completely step away from a job or company
