The Russian Industry Is Dependent on Technology Imports

The russian industry mostly just mates resources. It doesn't really make er machines any more. Russia is completely dependent upon technology imports from the west, but especially germany. The relationship we had with basa, in a sense, was relly simbiotige. And they gave us energy and we gave them the technology they needed to tipben a modern civilization. But it'sey questionable whether the chinese can do that,. Whether they have the right deer, whether their their deer has the right quality.
