I've actually been losing a little weight as like the thing is Holding weights while you hang I mean my forearms are never gonna get that big A cyclist has to worry about it because it's their butt and their thighs and it's like big muscles. You got to be careful about power to weight, right? Like you can't get too big. Yeah, well, so also i'm doing things In like this six to eight rep range, so it's not like developing big muscles. So um, you're not really developing big muscle. You're developing strong muscles. We'll see. I need a few more months to Right and just no no decision yet about what the next thing
