Diversity Equity Inclusion Is a Masterclass

I think you gave some examples for everybody who's listening to say okay am I including or am I helping them to belong so just a masterclass and how to think through that. it's now going to shape what happens great example. If diversity is really embedded in your core values you're going to say it, do it and reward it which is the single biggest proof a company cares about something. It won't fade off the agenda when we get too busy or if we lose money or if we don't have time or a million excuses it will always be no this is a better way to do things.
