When you let go of all the thought identity, so all the stuff you thought you were is literally being disentangled from identity. The body interprets that as fear or certain kind almost like a death death. And i tell people, just sit through it. It's okit won't last forever. Usually might last five minutes. But it will go. Ah, but it's contentless, or largely content less, literally no thought, but just a pure sense of aware being. I mean, your heartwright might go way up. You might physically feel like you're physically in danger, but you know you're not,. because there's nothing happening.
