The Swiss Germany Market and the Debt Market

I wanted to kind of step back and think of the Swiss Germany market. So clearly enough opportunities in terms of businesses to acquire, but then there's the local investors. And then you have the debt market, which is obviously a big component in this. Can you touch on debt market and then maybe the investor market these days? Has that changed over time since you, when about looking in these regions? I mean, I'm not sure if it changed a lot over the last five, 10, perhaps 15 years in Germany or Switzerland respectively.
