Rune: The court has very little respect for states rights. What you have is a nationalization of criminal procedure, forcing a number of states to change the way that they do business. And just as fast as the federal government's power was growing, state power was shrinking. This is a voting right. Rune says that now it's not a problem for the federal judiciary to evaluate stain the federal electionsa ar the intended and actual victims.
