What's the Point of Cultural Standardization?

There's snoething really interesting to me about the way this process plays out. You get cultures that sort of like define themselves against each other. They have things that they like and things t they don't like. And in its icting to me, like oce. So this breaks apart a sort of, like these new cultures,. Like people deve local cultures around, like food and around. But they're doing it forLike, the opposite reason. They're doing it because they need sanatrization in order to make ther, make the bureaucratic, like systems work better.
