The Cost of Holding Up Nominees

I think that there is, you know, putting blanket holds, I think is it's costly. There's a lot of collateral damage. You know, you do gum up the works. It is essentially counterproductive to the governance of the nation. So I'd be surprised if JD Vance really sticks to that hold.
