i think cadamine's association would be indicated if you really feel that the patient is an immediate life threat to themselves and to the staff. Other things to consider: If the patient has a lot of pain going on, then treating that pain could make them feel ot better. i want to put a little plug in here for dex men atomini. This is not a great drug, necessarily for the patient who's like, ripping the cealing tiles off the emergency department. But dex is nice because it's titratable. It doesn't suppress respiration. I think this could be a reasonable drug to kind of settle them down, and cand it keep them safe for a longer period of
