Ventus is building a framework for developing blockchain code base. It's open source and free thing one, it's Apache II licensed for most of the code. Thing two is that that substrate code base continues to grow. The ecosystems that are the most busy Polkadot and then as a result substrate are probably top three of most of the charts whenever you look at which ecosystems are developing the most code.
