Headless WordPress Security - What You Need to Know
In headless, data will store as comments in the database. But when you are viewing it in the site, so you are reading a blog post, you have a comment form. So that's where you will get less spam as well. And you don't have to worry about any other security related stuff because it's just static. It's going to be just HTML stuff, whatever they can do is just view the data.
