The Economic Impact of Taylor Swift's Tour
This morning I was thinking about this and I decided to ask a professional. Does everybody have to tour now? Is that the only way to make money if you're a musician? And he responded that it kind of depends on the tier of artists for middle and below. The interesting thing about the eventification is that so many people who are not Taylor Swift are making money, right? Because festivals generally happen out in the middle of nowhere somewhere.
